Chemical Compatibility Chart

The Chemical Compatibility Guide is to be used to help select the most satisfactory combination of materials for a specific chemical, however it is only a guide. Service conditions may vary and can affect accuracy of compatibility. Chemical blends may have different results than individual chemicals. Consult the chemical blender or manufacturer for best compatibility.

Avoid Serious Injury: Always use caution, shields, and/or personal protection when working with or handling chemicals or product containing chemicals.

Chemical Compatibility Ratings
A = Excellent
B = Good
N/R = Not Recommended
NO DATA = Limited/Conflicting Data

Pumps Liquid End Table

Notes:
(1) Max rated temp is 140 °F due to temperature rating of the diaphragm.
(2) PVC liquid ends have a max rated temperature of 104 °F.

(3) Compatibility ratings are given at ambient (70 °F) temperatures.

(4) The diaphragm for the IX-B is a solid PTFE/PFA diaphragm.

(5) For LKN sizes 45-57, valve seats are the same material as the pump head.

(6) For the LKN the PVC liquid ends are black.
