Precision Control for Smarter Wastewater Treatment
Sustainable and Compliant Treatment Solutions
Most industries generate some level of industrial wastewater. While there is ongoing pressure to reduce water consumption and minimize wastewater generation, many sectors still depend on processes that consume large volumes of water and produce significant effluent. Before this treated waste can be discharged, it must meet strict permit limits to avoid releasing pollutants into publicly owned treatment works (POTWs), which could compromise their ability to treat wastewater effectively.
Walchem is committed to advancing the technologies that support these critical treatment processes. Through continuous innovation in controllers, sensors, data management, fluid handling, and remote communication, Walchem empowers industrial wastewater systems to operate with greater precision and efficiency. These solutions are designed to meet the diverse needs of a wide range of markets and applications.
Intuition-9 | 24 Inputs, 12 Outputs
For your most advanced industrial wastewater applications, the Intuition-9® Series controllers support processes such as chrome conversion, pH adjustment and neutralization, cyanide destruction, batch treatment systems, continuous flow wastewater systems. It also offers field-changeable relay outputs and additional output options not found in other controller series.
