APPLICATION

There are many places throughout the country where clean drinking water and wastewater treatment is required, but due to the population or the remote setting, a SCADA system is not affordable.

SOLUTION

INT-9, with its new chlorine sensors and the use of pH sensors, can handle this application with minimal expense. The complete system would be composed of: a INT-9 controller, chlorine and pH sensors, 4-20mA outputs,           4-20mA input board, flowmeters, chemical pumps, posiflows, ultrasonic level monitor for chemical tank, and remote communications.

The substantial equipment list will enable the customer to retrieve real-time information on chlorine residuals, pH, flow and chemical tank levels as well as receive alarms for low residuals, low tank levels and loss of chemical prime. System summaries can be sent daily and datalogging can occur as often as every 30 seconds with supporting graphs.
