WCU/WNI Copper/Nickel Plating Controllers
Walchem's plating controllers have guaranteed the quality of your plating applications for over 20 years. Featuring the WCU (Electroless Copper/Microetch) and WNI (Electroless Nickel), Walchem offers the highest level of reliability in the industry. The WCU and WNI are optoelectronic on-line analyzers that measure the actual concentration of the copper or nickel in solution (g/L or oz/gal).
Both models are robust, low cost, microprocessor based, menu-driven industrial controllers. The WCU controller may be switched from electroless copper mode to microetch mode via a menu choice, eliminating the need for a second controller. UL/CSA/CE certified.
